Welcome to the multiplierapp.live website and any other websites, applications or services linked to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “MultiplierApp Service” or just “MULTIPLIERAPP“), whose websites, applications or services are operated or produced by NTV – New Television Comunicação S.A..
MULTIPLIERAPP values the privacy of its users, publishers and others who visit and use the MultiplierApp Service (collectively or individually, “You” or “Users”) and wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose information from and about you.
By accepting this Privacy Policy, setting up your MULTIPLIERAPP account or using the MultiplierApp Service, you declare that all its contents have been duly read and you expressly agree to the information handling practices described in this document.
This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, use and storage by MULTIPLIERAPP of your personal information (those that identify you, such as your full name, address, telephone number or email address or even your company details), as well as describing, in general, our practices for dealing with non-personal information (for example, interests, demographic data and use of services), all in accordance with the provisions of Law 12.965/2014 (Marco Civil da Internet), Decree 8.771/2016, Law 13.709/2018 (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados – LGPD), Resolution 23.650 of 9/9/2021 which deals with the General Privacy and Data Protection Policy within the scope of the Electoral Justice, and Resolution 23.610 of 18/12/2019, as amended by Resolution 23.732 of 27/2/2024, all three of the Superior Electoral Court.
In addition, MULTIPLIERAPP makes it clear that this Privacy Policy may be updated at any time, at the sole discretion of the administrators of this virtual environment. However, it is agreed that any changes will be informed to the user by e-mail and/or registered cell phone number, with the understanding that the continuity of the virtual environment implies automatic agreement with the changes made in this instrument.
Information provided by the user: this is the “personal information” or “personal data”, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, cell phone number, credit card number and billing information, that you provide if you register or use the features and functionalities of a MultiplierApp Service.
“Automatically collected” information: when you access MULTIPLIERAPP or open one of our HTML emails, we may automatically record certain information from your system using cookies and other types of tracking tools. This “automatically collected” information may include Internet protocol address (“IP Address”), a unique user ID, device type, device identifiers, browser types and language, referring and exit pages, platform type, installed software version, system type, the content and pages you access on MULTIPLIERAPP, the number of clicks, the amount of time spent on the pages, the dates and times you visit MULTIPLIERAPP and other similar information. Depending on the law of your country of residence, your IP address may be legally considered personal information.
Information from Other Sources: We may obtain information, including personal information, from third parties and sources other than MULTIPLIERAPP, such as social media or social networking platforms for which you have explicitly authorized connection to the MultiplierApp Service (for example, YouTube information using YouTube APIs, FaceBook information, using Meta APIs, or any other platform with which the MultiplierApp Service connects). By accessing the MultiplierApp Service through social media or social networks you are authorizing MULTIPLIERAPP to collect, store and use such information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may also obtain information from third parties, such as social media or social networking platforms, about your use of such services, including information about your use of the content you choose to transmit through the MultiplierApp Service. Please refer to the privacy policy of the social media or social networking platforms you use with the MultiplierApp Service (e.g. Google’s Privacy Policy for YouTube). If we combine or associate information from other sources with personal information we collect through the MultiplierApp Service, we will treat the combined information as personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
If you access your MULTIPLIERAPP account via a third-party connection or login (such as Google, Facebook, Apple or LinkedIn), MULTIPLIERAPP will receive and store information about your account from that service for authentication purposes. This information may include your email address, username, user IDs associated with your account (for example, your Facebook UIDs), profile picture and any other basic account information that you have made publicly available. You should always review and adjust your privacy settings on third-party services that you have allowed to access your account, such as Google, Facebook or LinkedIn. You can also revoke access to individual services by visiting the corresponding third-party service page. If you unlink your third-party account, we will no longer receive information collected about you in connection with that service, but you will not be able to access your MultiplierApp account through that third-party service.
When you submit personally identifiable information to us through the MultiplierApp Services, we may use it to operate, maintain and provide you with MULTIPLIERAPP‘s general and personalized features and functionality, and also to process any bookings or correspondence you send to us.
We will not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent, except as part of a specific program or feature for which you may or may not opt-in. However, we may use your email address, without additional consent, for administrative, security or informational purposes (such as notifying you of important changes to the MultiplierApp Service or for customer service purposes).
We use your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, clickstream data, etc.) to improve the quality of MULTIPLIERAPP and to create new features, promotions, functionalities and services by storing, tracking, analyzing and processing user preferences and trends, as well as user activities and communications.
To facilitate the MultiplierApp Service, we obtain and use the name and key of the streaming channel of each platform you have connected to MULTIPLIERAPP.
We may use your connected account information and applicable permission to perform actions such as, but not limited to: “connecting”, “subscribing”, “following” or “liking” only on MULTIPLIERAPP accounts associated with your connected social networks, media or social networking platform.
We use cookies and log file information to: monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, pages viewed, etc.; and track your registrations, submissions and status in promotions or other activities integrated with MULTIPLIERAPP.
By connecting any account to MULTIPLIERAPP, you agree to the privacy policies of the corresponding media or social networking platform:
To delete your stored data from Google, you can revoke MultiplierApp’s access to your data directly via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

MULTIPLIERAPP does not share your personal information with other organizations for marketing or promotional purposes without your prior express consent.
MULTIPLIERAPP may disclose automatically collected non-personal information and other aggregated non-personal information to interested third parties to help such parties understand the usage and demographic patterns of certain MULTIPLIERAPP programs, content, services, advertisements, promotions or other features.
We may disclose personal and non-personal information to service providers who work on our behalf to: provide website hosting, maintenance and security services; fulfill requests made by you; analyze data and create reports; offer certain features; and assist MULTIPLIERAPP in improving the MultiplierApp Service and creating new features and services. We require these parties to process such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, authorize them to use the information only for the purposes for which it is provided to them, and require these parties to use reasonable confidentiality measures.

MULTIPLIERAPP also reserves the right to disclose User information that we believe, in good faith and after making reasonable inquiries, is appropriate or necessary to take precautions against liability to MULTIPLIERAPP; to protect MULTIPLIERAPP from abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful uses; to investigate and defend ourselves against third party claims or allegations to protect the security or integrity of the MultiplierApp Service; or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of MULTIPLIERAPP, our users, or others. We will notify you of these disclosures if we reasonably believe that we can do so lawfully and without jeopardizing the purpose of the disclosure.

Users use the services at their own risk and are solely responsible for losses incurred as a result of misuse of the virtual environment.
MULTIPLIERAPP cooperates with the competent authorities and third parties to ensure compliance with the law, safeguard the moral integrity and honor of the individuals and companies involved.
The provisions of this Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of Brazil. If, for one reason or another, its provisions are deemed invalid, the rest will not be affected.

The User has the right to request the deletion of their personal data collected during the use of our environment, either through the tools offered by the platform, or through direct contact with the administrator or on the MultiplierApp Site. This right may be restricted under Brazilian law.
If the User becomes aware that their personal data has been compromised in such a way as to affect their access to our platform, they must immediately notify the Administration of what has happened so that the necessary security measures can be taken.
The User is solely responsible for their actions in the virtual environment, and if their actions result in a violation of the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, they will be solely responsible for repairing the damage caused.
Once the relationship between MULTIPLIERAPP and its user has been discontinued, the user’s access to our virtual environment is no longer maintained, and the purpose of the desired work has been achieved, the data will be stored by MULTIPLIERAPP in a secure manner until the user requests its deletion.
